Photo-Journey  of the Carnival festivities in the community of Atotonilco, El Grande, Hidalgo on the eve of Holy Week. 
As a tradition in the carnival, masks are worn and many of the men dress up as women.
They dance, sing and laugh. At the end they all kneel down in the religious chapel of the Virgin and Saint's Chapel, celebrate with music and prayers. 
They ask forgiveness for their sins and prepare to enter the holy week.
